Partant de la Tour de Babel que la légende situe dans la ville de Babylone, à 100km au sud de Bagdad, et qui semble avoir inspiré l'architecture de la tour du Parlement européen de Strasbourg, le film traitera de la diversité des langues et des cultures.
According to the legend the Tower of Babel was located in the ancient city of Babylon about100 km south of Bagdad. There are similarities between its representations by various artists and the "unfinished" design of the Strasbourg European parliament tower. Drawing on this , the film will reflect the participants'views and ideas about the diversity of languages and cultures.
